My advice, see what you're doing to make other people hate you/make fun of you and try to improve it (and not just say you are, like she does). Listen to other people and take the negative and live with it. Not everyone on Tumblr or the Internet in general hates you, but some do and she has to learn to live with it and accept that fact...

Also, you might want to turn off the download option and watermark your drawings, so nobody reposts them or just remove them from your gallery if it bothers you so much. Blocking individual users (who don't give you praise) and disabling comments doesn't help you or your reputation!
