I wanted to do something different this time! I wanted to do a series based on the state gemstones (a Gem visiting US state or Canadian providence they represent), but that proved to be too hard to actually do. I than turned to birthstones.
This one is Turquoise representing December. Turquoise is one of the birthstones for December (the other two are Zircon and Tanzanite). I based her pose on the photo of Bettie Page, that was used as the centerfold for the January 1955 issue of Playboy.
